      Pros

      i love the relationships i got to build over the year. i just came from san diego where people aren’t very friendly or sensitive to wife passing 07/18/2022

      Cons

      well, as i was the only african american at a store location that requires at a least 2 bilingual employees. also heard about being replaced by a superior, RIGHT AFTER PUBLICLY stating that it would be a lot of extra sales if i was hispanic. but they couldn’t find anyone to cover, so since I LOVE my company? ………i work 7 days a week!

      Pros

      Comp structure and the freedom to make what you want to make. The ability to mentor others daily and build lasting relationships with customers. Having my mentor guide me daily and show me what works and em doesn't. Making a positive difference in the wireless industry.

      Cons

      Structure was always changing and never really for the better when it came to employees. Having to sell my employees on items and transferring them to other locations when they had no desire to move. Commission structure always changing and diminishing employee moral.
