My first experience at MyBambu was truly rewarding. I learned a great deal and, honestly, I felt like I had entered a whole new world of knowledge and opportunity. Under the guidance of my Team Lead, I not only gained skills related to tasks and projects, but also valuable lessons in leadership and teamwork. What I appreciated the most was the practical and efficient nature of the daily work—I learned how to do things more clearly, more quickly, and with greater purpose. The CCO and President of operations form an exceptional leadership team. The way they lead the company—with vision, empathy, and commitment—is simply unmatched. After some time gaining experience at MyBambu, I decided to take a step toward another company, thinking it would be a good move. But I found a very different reality: it didn’t feel the same, and it certainly wasn’t better. That’s when I realized the true value of everything I had left behind. Fortunately, I was given the opportunity to return—and not only that: I was welcomed back with open arms, and into the very position I had originally hoped for when I first applied. Today, I’m working in the area I’m passionate about, and coincidentally, I’ve reunited with my former Team Lead, from whom I had learned so much. MyBambu has a unique energy—a sense of growth, professionalism, development, and leadership that’s truly contagious. I am genuinely proud of what we’re building here, especially how we support the Hispanic community and those who are most vulnerable. This is no longer just a business—it’s become a movement, a living culture. And being part of it is a privilege. Thank you, MyBambu family.
