Short term only no room to grow

The pay was decent but not exceptionally so. There were a few individuals working here who genuinely cared and were good at their jobs, but that was never enough to overcome the Cons.

Poor leadership ability due to an unorganized system. Lots of gaps in between departments. Poor resource management. Poor customer care. Generally understood that things outside of your direct control WILL HAPPEN and your project will suffer as a result. As the Project Manager, you will be the one catching frustration from your client. Also worth mentioning is the highest rate of turnover I've seen in my professional life. No semblance of work life balance whatsoever. Poor cleanliness standards in the showroom and some of the office spaces.
