A really forward thinking company and in my experience have always put the staff first. Incredibly driven and always looking at new ways to be successful. They continue to offer opportunities to improve yourself, whether that be personally or professionally. Always interesting in new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved with a small team while always be human centric at the same time. This is a great environment to work where you are given the freedom to cultivate your own ideas and fantastic opportunities for career advancement for the right people.

Until recently as a startup, we have been hindered by investment but to the directors credit this has always been resolved. While in its infancy we have had ups and downs but have really turned a corner now and is testament to the Management Team.

MyJobMatcher has a positive team atmosphere and attitude. Everyone is friendly no matter what position you are in. Being involved from the beginning has allowed employees to be open to the start-up culture. This has given many opportunities working in such a small environment to be flexible with your role, giving a great all-rounded commercial understanding of the industry.

Due to such a fast growth in such a small time frame, the structure has been slightly rocky. This is also due to the flexibility of the company with remote working and two office bases (Milton Keynes and London). Thankfully, management has started bringing people in and focusing a lot more on communication to keep the process. Let's keep it this way!
