5yMNF Group is a values-led company and I’m proud of our diverse workforce. As we are a publicly listed company, there are some things that can’t be shared to all employees, but the Exec team and I have committed that we provide a monthly company All Hands update to ensure that we’re as open as possible. I’m open to hear any suggestions on how we can do better.
