Pros
My colleagues were genuinely great, supportive, friendly and a joy to work with.
Cons
Leadership was unprofessional, the culture was very toxic and pay extremely low across the board. There wasn’t much room for career progression. Roles quickly started to feel stagnant, and any desire to grow or move forward was more or less dismissed. The company has a socially important mission but the lack of direction and constant changes in focus made it difficult to get anything done. Priorities shifted from meeting to meeting, which made managing workloads frustrating. Longtime employees ended up taking on more and more grunt work and expected to absorb the work of those who left, while newer hires were given more rewarding and visible projects. This created a clear sense that loyalty and experience were not only ignored but actively overlooked.
