Hi there! Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We are so pleased that you like the work environment; flexibility and work-life balance. We understand that many of our staff are juggling multiple priorities - family and work commitments - and being able to give them the flexibility to do so makes life that little bit easier. As restrictions on returning to work are relaxing we hope to see more friendly faces back in the office, though the ability to work from home is something that will be here to stay. We note your comments on low salary and benefits. We strive to remain competitive, but understand that this isn't something we are always able to do. We will be reviewing our salary and benefits in the coming financial year and in the meantime we are looking to enhance our overall employee offering in the coming months, especially around training and employee experience.
