      Full time hours, friendly team, decent management, hybrid becomes an option once you have finished your probation, benefits on bank accounts (better interest rates, no fees, etc.)

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility, not excellent for moving up the ladder. Basic call centre kind of environment.

      Large company to work for with alot of opportunity, decent pay

      Cons

      Culture isnt great, very quiet working environment, advertises flexible working but when it comes to it not very flexible. No one wants to really help train as doesnt want people knowing stuff they do, competitive.
