Pros
The only good thing that I got from mytime is that there's a lot to learn from from this massive codebase and you gain a lot of technical expertise in a relatively short amount of time and the product itself has huge potential.
Cons
- Extremely toxic work environment. Most team members(at least in my team) are friendly and supportive but as soon as you are not the type to work overtime on a frequent basis, stuff goes down. - Useless time consuming processes. -Blaming, shaming and even bullying/yelling happens frequently. -Micromanaging CEO -0 benefits AND low pay. -NO work life balance -No wonder they mostly hire only juniors that they have leverage on so they work overtime almost all of the time :) -Job post is marketed as being "american startup" but it's far from being that :) You will work as a contractor with them, NOT an employee, but they manage you as if you are an employee in terms of working hours(they use Hubstaff for tracking, red flag). So you get the worst of both worlds.
