      Pros

      Work with some awesome people. That is all I really enjoy about the company.

      Cons

      I hate my drive to work every day because I know I have to deal with the stressful environment. We are basically forced to work overtime and they say they wont pay overtime because we are "salary" and commission. Our commission has change since we were hired just another way the company takes advantage of its employees.

      Comp plans change as the product evolves but that’s completely normal for any company. We strive to set reasonable quotas and provide training and transparency in all metrics to help our reps succeed.

      Most team members are friendly and supportive

      Cons

      Culture of blame and micromanagement by leadership that doesn't understand engineering and doesn't trust anyone. CEO thinks Dilbert is a textbook on engineering management
