Flexible hours, work from home, get paid timely

Dont get paid when students dont show up, that hours not gonna be counted. No paid leaves, no bonus.

- good support, - package is fine - allowance (small) for laptop/ internet as its remote - supervisors take complains seriously from tutors regarding students or CRMs

- since students are from US/Canada, it is night shift (12am-6am) for tutors from Pakistan, a little difficult to manage - sometimes little trouble with CRMs as they didn't forward the message from students to turor in time e.g. student on sick leave...
