Employee Benefits were too low

I like the setup of this job; it's a work-from-home position where you can work from anywhere, as long as you have your laptop. I also appreciate the once-a-month RTO (Return to Office), as it saves time and money. The company offers a wide range of benefits, and while the salary is average, I value that management really listens to your opinions. They are an adaptive organization.

This isn't entirely negative, but a minor downside is the use of DeskTime, which takes a screenshot of your activity every 10 minutes. I think it should be removed, as it doesn't leave a very good impression.
