Pros

100% Remote: Me and my team work 100% remotely. Just a couple of meetup during the year in Amsterdam HQ (Non Mandatory) Great compensation: My residence is in Italy so I have P.IVA and work as a "Freelancer". I'd say that the compensation is higher than average. Fast growth: I joined mYngle in 2022, when a new team was being created. Since then I achieved 2 promotions. Career Paths are extremely clear. Amazing leaders: Managers are real Mentors, I've learned more about leadership in the past year compared to the previous 10 years in sales roles. Empowered environment: You’re trusted to own your role and make an impact Culture: I can count at least 8 different nationalities around the people I work with daily. Some of my colleagues are digital nomads, others left mYngle to launch their startup. You can feel from the first moment you're joining a place you can be happy and be yourself. Commissions: As a salesperson this is one of the thing I value the most. Hitting your target in mYngle means you're going to be compensated in a great way. It's probably top of the market in terms of commissions.

Cons

Fast speed: As one of the benefit is the fast growth, as opposite we have a really high pace envirorment. If you want to be successfull you'll have to be always ready for challenges. Budgeting: I could define mYngle as a scale-up. This means that sometimes you'll have to find creative ways to overcome money problems when it's about new purchase for the company.
