Casual Work Environment Helpful staff CEO is nice and really works with the staff to make sure that everyone has what they need to work throughout the day. Definitely a startup vibe. No one has quit or been fired since I've been here either.... Everyone is super nice.

In the first couple of months, my input was valued and I felt appreciated.

Paul Burton was very demanding of things despite his lack of understanding of how much time or what was involved in completing assignments. The employees were constantly put in situations where we were competing with each other or having to put each other down in order to feel safe with our positions. There were no benefits. I was treated poorly whenever asking for a vacation and I had to take my computer with me and would be berated if I were to miss a call or not respond to a text immediately... while on vacation.
