great job - Software Developer Myra Security Employee Review

-The communication is very good. Every two weeks there is a webmeeting where all departments give an update about what is going on in their projects. Everyone can contribute if he or she wishes to. -fresh coffee, tea, softdrings, fruits and vegetables are offered for free – just take some. -The equipment in our office is modern and we all have ergonomic workstations. -With the trust-based working hours it is possible to plan your day perfectly. -We all stick together and help each other. It really feels like one big team. -The salary is fair and there are bonuses for great performance. -Our superiors´ attitude is friendly and respectful. Our two directors are real leaders who motivate us with their drive and passion. Their door is alwasy open, if you need to talk. -To work for a company with such an important function for our society (IT Security also for the puplic sector) makes me proud.
