The vibe here is terrible. Everyone is miserable and hates working here. Employees are given no freedom to do their jobs and they are talked down to. A sinking ship where people are leaving left and right. But management does not replace the employees who have left leaving everyone else with too much work. No raises, no bonuses, employees are not treated like they are valued at all.
