Pros

Some of the staff are great and work very hard

Cons

Bullying high pressure culture. Management style ‘dictator’ with no mix of management style at the top. Very High staff turnover. Narcissistic behaviours Very high workload with no support. No work life balance. Management often make people’s jobs harder with constant disruption, changes with no notice and no support. Behaviours from management are unprofessional and people are often shouted at, talked about behind their back and bullied. Lots of closed door whispers followed by staff exits.

Pros

There are some good people at the company who just want to do good. Unfortunately the senior employees make it difficult to do that with unnecessary pressure, unrealistic targets and questionable strategic decisions.

Cons

Where to start. There were many instances where I was asked to do things that are morally wrong. The tenants and the clients are the last priority. The company has developed a habit of taking on the properties no other company wants, for good reason and this has led to the work load and challenges becoming extremely difficult for the employees. The loss of income from clients pulling out led to multiple redundancies within the company. There is no clear responsibilities within your role as a lot of employees are asked to take on additional duties outside of their job description for no extra salary. The salaries themselves are below market level and are simply not worth the emotional stress and pressure. It is impossible not to take the negatives home with you

Pros

The company is going out of it's way to ensure the roles are now being filled with the right people to get the work done more efficiently. It is a different role everyday and you have ownership of your. If you succeed in this role your CV would be able to truly reflect very strong finance skills.

Cons

The work is not for those that just want to push papers and hit posted for invoices without much thought. This is for strong high volumes with complex scenarios to use build up finance skill sets but not for anyone that does not like a challenge.
