Has an emphasis on culture with teams that are dedicated to employee growth, spirit and culture, community service and even onboarding of new employees. The leadership provides guidance and also room to grow. The general sense seems to be that everyone is in this job because they love it and want to come to work every day. True commitment to maximum accountability and maximum flexibility.

Could use a big sexy client doing great work. But I think we can get there.

The office is beautiful and in an excellent location. The clients cover a wide variety of industries. Emphasis on team building both in and out of the office. Free snacks and drinks.

The hours are long, the expectations are high, and the communication is poor. Flexibility is touted but frowned upon if you actually use it. Management is temperamental. A clear hierarchy of favorites. Pay is lower than industry standard and is defended as though it's a privilege to work there at all. Higher than average turnover.
