This is the most dynamic, hard working, clever, and fun team I've ever worked with. The pace of iteration here is unlike anything I've experienced, and there's a strong culture around learning fast in a deliberate fashion.

The company has gotten incredibly, almost ridiculously political, in the last two to three months. This change has been fueled and increasingly fed more fuel by two executives. In the last year, work load has increased far more for the people with physical roles in the company. Without an increase in head count.
