If you're really smart and know your stuff. You can do very well. There's an incredible talent pool on the engineering, build and electrical teams.
Cons
The company has gotten incredibly, almost ridiculously political, in the last two to three months. This change has been fueled and increasingly fed more fuel by two executives.
In the last year, work load has increased far more for the people with physical roles in the company. Without an increase in head count. Executives would rather hire more project managers than actual engineers and technicians to actually get the work done. Due to the lack of head count people are getting stretched too thin, timelines are getting pushed back. Its making people unhappy
