Pros

The company is growing quickly and has done an excellent job of attracting top talent so there is a lot of room for growth and development (plus it's a cool set of problems). The management team has been good so far about applying any feedback they receive and have been quick to adapt to circumstances as things change, they're human and not perfect but they're fast learners and pretty transparent about cash burn and challenges so I have a lot of confidence in them.

Cons

We're a startup so there is obviously some risk involved. It can sometimes feel a bit chaotic and disorganized but that tends to be the nature of being a startup. Best way to succeed is to anticipate possible issues and at least escalate or propose a fix. However, it definitely doesn't have the structure of a large company so teams (like platform engineering) just don't exist yet.

Pros

This is the most dynamic, hard working, clever, and fun team I've ever worked with. The pace of iteration here is unlike anything I've experienced, and there's a strong culture around learning fast in a deliberate fashion.

Cons

It's a startup, and no startup is perfect. Rapid iteration means things fail sometimes, and failure and stress are companions.

Pros

If you're really smart and know your stuff. You can do very well. There's an incredible talent pool on the engineering, build and electrical teams.

Cons

The company has gotten incredibly, almost ridiculously political, in the last two to three months. This change has been fueled and increasingly fed more fuel by two executives. In the last year, work load has increased far more for the people with physical roles in the company. Without an increase in head count. Executives would rather hire more project managers than actual engineers and technicians to actually get the work done. Due to the lack of head count people are getting stretched too thin, timelines are getting pushed back. Its making people unhappy
