Pros

Benefits of having a global footprint and international operations, like meeting great people, travelling, and working on projects at scale. But none of the corporate politics and heavy structure of larger enterprises. Lot of room to grow and have a real impact n the company's success. Willingness to improve and grow Christmas party where all employees and their family are united for a weekend People really care about each other

Cons

Some ways of thinking may feel old school to some Must be able to work under pressure If you don't align with the values and culture this place is not for you

Pros

Location, Team, Travel, Client base, and an Open environment Enjoyed working with the Global Team at N'ware - Professional, Honest, Friendly and performance driven.

Cons

More vacation time would be ok - but comparable to others in the area - and they are flexible with your time

Dear Former Employee, Thanks for your comments; I'm glad you appreciated your time with us. Looks like our company culture suited you well. I do hope your new life adventures live up to your expectations; if not, I'm sure you were told already, but the door is always open for returning employees ;) Take care!

Pros

Pay is around market value, people are friendly and you can learn SAP.

Cons

Benefits are absolute garbage, most people aren't even paid on salary. They preach Family but it's more about either falling in line or finding a better place to work. My time here was miserable, I highly regret taking the position. Management might be the worst aspect, I'll explain under that section. If you want to work longer hours for less benefits and slightly less pay, this might be your place.

Hello Former Employee, I want to thank you for taking the time to write about your experience; feedback is what drives changes and helps organizations (and people) grow and improve. I’m very sorry the communication with your supervisor concerning your difficulties and experience at N’ware was not ideal which may have prompted you to leave our team. We do operate in a rapidly changing environment, and we understand this may be a challenge for new employees. Integrity, respect and teamwork are some of the cherished core values we built our success on, and we do pitch in to help people integrate. In regards to compensation, I suspect there was not complete, accurate data to speak of other employees’ packages. Our compensation packages are compared annually to industry standard to ensure competitiveness; as you pointed out, we do train new employees a lot, and as a junior, technical knowledge gained should be viewed as a derived (non-taxable, which is always nice) benefit. Being a service company, we take great pride in listening to opportunities for improvement, and we recruit candidates with potential for growth, as we want to truly engage in our employee’s long-term career plan. Despite the busy schedule of running a worldwide operation, our CEO is available to discuss with employees of all levels, and generally, manages to do so in a very timely manner. Other levels of management are available daily to answer questions for those who speak up. If you want to reach out to me to discuss further, please feel free to write at ntremblay@nwaretech.com. I’ll be happy to hear any suggestions you may have to help us improve. In the meantime, we wish you the best success in your career.
