The job had lots of potential, but the company lacks much initiative to get out of this pre-commercial phase. Operations across the business are very disconnected, creating many frustrating inefficiencies that never get sorted despite the feedback. Many opportunities were missed or poorly managed which was very disappointing. Those in senior management roles lack real experience, yet they hold this “position of authority” that is difficult to reason with.
