Hi. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We are constantly working to deliver the best internal communications to you, and to improve our communications based on your feedback.
We run a range of targeted sessions to communicate about our plans, objectives and key results. These meetings are set up to provide clarity and to allow an open forum for people to provide feedback and ask questions. We also offer a monthly session with both of our founders, where employees are encouraged to ask questions for their most pressing issues.
We take our employee’s health and wellbeing extremely seriously. Given the recent situation we have found ourselves in with COVID-19, we have published guidelines on our company intranet on Mental Health and Working from Home During the Coronavirus. We also have a Mental Health Employee Resource Group (ERG), whose mission statement is to advocate for mental health friendly policies in the workplace, and improve the wellbeing of our employees across the globe. Any of our team members are welcome to get involved in these initiatives, and you can reach out via the group’s Slack channel to learn more.
