A great organisation where you serve troops serving in difficult circumstances - led by poor directors. - Anonymous employee NAAFI Employee Review

Pros

Self fulfilment - devlop a 'can-do' attitude Possible with commitment to progress as far as you want to go Opportunity to visit parts of the world that are not usually on anyones to-do list

Cons

Very poor at listening to staff - pretend to do employee surveys and when they say it as it is scrap the process Every Operating Board Member thinks they have to rubbish whatever their predecessor did - and promise they'll improve things (which they rarely do)

Pros

Tax free salary House share provided

Cons

Management don’t care for their staff Couples can’t house share Can’t have guests past 11pm in accommodation, including family/partners No urgency when resolving issues of staff Don’t care if members of staff complain about others poor work Take advantage of members of staff who they know won’t stand up for themselves, especially when it comes to shift rotas
