Great benefits package including 401k investment from company and great health and life insurance. Lots of flexibility for time off and work/life balance. The mission feels great.

There is very little opportunity for pay raise, promotion or upward movement. Very little organization among project management and some leadership, as well as documentation. There's a huge "inner circle" situation among different levels of staff - this inner circle is prioritized over others. Lots of beating around the bush instead of being direct.
