Pros

Great pay for a current college student. $17/hour pays for many things most college students cannot afford to do

Cons

working in the warehouse is hard work. some days we might move 20 pallets of break rotors which weighs in somewhere around 40,000 pounds. its hard to go study at the library after a full day of work.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback. There are many opportunities and multiple career lanes that many college students may not know about at NAPA. While we appreciate automotive and parts knowledge, we are also very open to hiring students that are in other college program disciplines that are not related to automotive. If you bring passion for people and business, we can teach you the rest! Our EMT (Executive Management Trainee) program is a fantastic opportunity for recent grads so please keep that in mind. We're so much more than a Parts Store! Thank you again for your feedback and for being a part of our NAPA family!

Pros

The hours are great compared to Autozone or O’reilly, the pay is much better compared to other auto parts retailers too. Anyone who complains about Napa Auot Parts doesn’t know what it’s like to work for their competitors. Unless you work for independent Napas I know their pay is different from corporate but I feel like this company actually cares about their employees and treats them fairly in regards to pay, and working here is much better and has a better work life balance compared to other retailers which is a plus. I can see myself making this a career and staying long term I love my job and what I do.

Cons

Tams sucks and catalog sucks, thats literally my only complaint about this company they need to upgrade the whole system and the way they do inventory and everything with regards to technology.
