Just another typical trucking transportation company that treats their hard working employees disgustingly terrible. A toxic workplace for truck drivers, mechanics, and office staff…and management doesn’t know how to make the workplace better!! Terrible pay, lack of “benefits”, no transparency, communication or honesty, overworked employees, terrible/toxic leadership…you name it!! And the best part about it, management doesn’t want to take the initiative to fix it and make it a better place! If you’re a truck driver, mechanic, or an office employee looking for a job…AVOID THIS PLACE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! In summary: Subpar pay, lack of “benefits”, no transparency or communication, dishonest management, overworked employees, terrible/toxic leadership, no room for growth.
