Pros
The company has opportunities to an international market platform. Located in downtown Bellevue. Offer a good health insurance plan. Can work from home if needed.
Cons
They have a 50/50 split + many fees for access to their international platform. They don't want to learn our market or clientele or how to work well with others. They do business with no concern of how it makes them look or putting other brokerages in bad situations. Many of there salary staff have little to no experience.
