Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee NARS Cosmetics Employee Review

This is an extremely childish and toxic work environment. Upper Management leads an environment of bullying and favouritism and acts out in petty tantrums. All employees are overworked, underappreciated and underpaid. HR is also completely useless because when you go to them with a concern about your poor treatment, it will be shared with management and result in such disgusting behaviour that the employee is left with no choice but to quit. The turn over rate of employees is outstanding. It so so unfortunate because it is an amazing brand but it being run into the ground by poor decision making and horrible treatment of employees.
