They hired me in the first place! Appreciate that

office politics! The employees that are established and higher paid employees are nice and friendly to those just learning, simpathetic and helpful! until they see you sweat a little over something you don't 'understand' right away..then it's "I dont know you"...anything goes wrong on a given day....probably your fault. Sort of like a group (clique) of close people always on the lookout for a scapegoat...averts any spotlight on them, heaven forbid. I had a low end job (I admit) and got kicked to the curb fast!!! I'd never done this work before (well only on a smaller scale and different kind of company), and admit it wasn't a job meant for me..I've since owned my own business (more my cup of tea, ironically). Maybe people that are basically uncreative and need sit down mundane jobs look down on people that have a more adventurous artistic/creative soul because that's something that they don't 'understand'..all in all it wasn't a good fit so no need for whining
