Some of the best reasons to work at NASA is the level of pride that employees there have in carrying on a name that has piloted the way for many in the technological field. Cons
One of the cons to interning at NASA is the process of permanent employment. The process is done through their pathways program via USAJobs.gov. Veterans Preference is prioritized and its really difficult for a college student to compete with someone who has military training and experience.
