Pros
Training and development opportunities are good. Can travel around the country and work with great people at the NASA centers. Orion and SLS development is in work, but the funding is insufficient to complete them anytime soon.
Cons
Funding has declined and we lack a mission since the retirement of the Space Shuttle. Brain drain is having a major impact on the Agency.
