Pros
It's a member of a big Group; Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding Company. Salary ranges are OK. Two days off per week. Premises is located in a good place in Cairo.
Cons
The environment are not that good. Annual increases are very minor if happened. Salary is divided into many items and the annual profit sharing is included as an item in the salary this means no extra dividends to be paid to employees.
