Pros
Wages are fanstastic, pension is great, car salary sacrifice is great, the perks and shares are great and it is a flexible workplace where I can manage my own time, not be micro-managed and take time off when needed for family
Cons
I don't have any at the moment, there is a little bit of ambiguity over who works where and can be difficult to find the correct person, but with experience and chatting this knowledge will expand
