Pros
The CEO is the root of all the problems in the organization. He lies, cheats, steals, gaslights, manipulates, to all parties - employees, vendors, franchisors, banks, investors, you name it. I can’t express this enough - until he leaves, the company will continue to have problems. He thinks he’s doing right by the money, but truly hurts his own hotels financially, company, and employees/investors’ lives. Penny wise, pound foolish
