Initially, the work environment felt creative and enjoyable. Some colleagues and HR are genuinely supportive, but even their morale has dropped drastically.

I worked here as video editor and honestly it was a nightmare. They set targets which are totally impossible, like no human can do that. There is no plan for business, everyday is random, nobody knows what to do. One day you are junior, next day suddenly you are team manager with zero training, like they just throw you in the fire. They said 5 days week when hiring but then call you on Sundays also whenever founder feels like it. The founder is either missing for weeks or he is sitting on your head and poking you every 2 minutes. Earlier work was fun, now everyone is scared and confused. No clarity, no job security, only fear and crazy expectations. The founder is very unstable and whole company suffers.

Working at this video production company has been a genuinely positive experience. The environment is healthy, friendly, and supportive, making it easy to collaborate and grow. It’s a truly creative space where ideas are encouraged, and everyone brings an ambitious mindset that pushes our projects to a higher level. I’m grateful to be part of a team that’s both inspiring and driven.
