Pros
Good compensation and benefits. Company is also good at doing things for their employees (lunches, outings, etc.).
Cons
Communication is not trustworthy and round after round of layoffs. Portions of the company are even sold off due to "restructuring". You never know if your job is safe here, no matter what you are told.
