Great company run by excellent leaders. The products solve complex issues and really work. The company vision and goals are strong throughout the company allowing the team to work in unison. There is a lot of freedom given to engineers to accomplish the scope of work in the way they feel is best. Constant feedback on your work makes you feel valued and appreciated. The focus is getting the work done rather than punching the clock. Remote work and flexible schedules are available. The leaders really care about your success in and out of work. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and attend conferences and events.

Total compensation is less than others in the industry.

Solid leadership and great products. They guys are great at giving you a scope of work, then getting out of the way. If you're a self starter, you'll love it here. If you need to be told what your next step is, you'll struggle.

Name recognition isn't there yet. Great products, but without a more widely known name, sales can be tough. Also, health benefits would be nice.
