Pros

Great breadth of services, great engineers, great name in the industry, fast response speeds, top level clients, acquiring new companies to add to the services. Good benefits, car, contributory pension, health, 25 days holiday... not amazing but not bad.

Cons

Over bearing management team looking for daily forecasting. Terrible CRM system called Saleslogix. Slight lack of the personal touch but to be expected from a large corporate with 1800 staff.
