Pros
Nice environment to work in e.g clean office and parking space. i believe other department are doing well and very professional.
Cons
Divided software test team especially the leaders - very selfish with sharing ideas and always feeling like the boss of the company(acting like the owner of NCC Group). Even when you get work done the leader's show less satisfaction from it and this make motivation to grow with the company very low. Poor training to new testers and everything just seems like they are snitching on you rather than encourage new testers to grow with them and fit in easily.
