      some pockets of great talent interesting services in use and the ablity to learn them good opportunity to learn from other teams

      Cons

      about to start offshoring work - morale is super low because of this and senior mgmt seem keen to do anythign to save a bit of money, even if it means ruining the reputation we have left.
