NCC Group Response
2yThank you for your feedback – it’s clear that you left the business feeling disenfranchised. This is something we’d never want for our people.
You have every right to your opinions but some of those you’ve presented here are inaccurate and we feel it’s right to address those points in this reply.
Given the way you’ve expressed your concerns, it’s likely you were in a position in the business which was not privy to the robust processes which guide senior level decision-making. Due diligence forms a core part of those decisions, especially when they relate to the security of our business and clients – which goes right to the heart of our purpose. This includes planning for any new office locations around the world or the onboarding of new clients.
As part of a normal cycle of continuous business review, we’ve been working to identify and reduce wasteful expenditure on ineffective and unnecessary systems and processes. And, in line with recent changes in market demands, we’re also working to realign our teams to ensure we continue delivering the best-in-class services our clients expect.
It's normal during periods of change to receive a flurry of negative comments from colleagues who feel unsettled by the changes being proposed. However, we do not engage in fake reviews to dilute these and would never advocate for anyone breaching Glassdoor policy in such a manner; it’s more likely that colleagues have selected titles or locations which don’t exist to preserve their anonymity in relation to their pay.
