Pay is an emotive topic for employees in all companies and our ability to hire high quality talent with a low rate of attrition suggests that we’re competitive in our full remuneration package, which includes base pay and other benefits as part of the offer.
We hear what you’re saying about no opportunity to relax because you’re so busy. If this goes beyond normal levels of workload and is pushing the boundaries of acceptable pressure towards stress, we would urge you to discuss these concerns with your people manager.
