Pros

Pay, 2 breaks, 1 hour lunch

Cons

This company is full of games. You get 2 weeks of training, after that they throw u to the wolves, they micro manage, on the 1st day of training they tell u they don't which is a lie. The team leads are puppets for the manager. I was at home remote, me internet connection had messed up. When the internet was working again the team lead had the audacity to ask me ' Can I please explain why I'm 16 minutes late clocking in...My 1st thought was U don't own Me! This company rips off old people. Alot of the old people and doctors have never heard of this company. If the people want to cancel their dental insurance we have to try to retain them even if they get Medicare. We have to say Our plan covers what medicaid doesn't cover. I had soo many calls from old ppl saying Ncd is taking money from their account and they haven't never heard of this company. People please be Ware

Pros

From the CEO to the amazing trainers, leadership team, and even HR, I’ve honestly had a great experience with NCD. One thing that stood out to me from the beginning was how helpful and supportive everyone has been. The culture here feels different in a good way. People genuinely care about being good people, helping members the best they can, and encouraging each other to grow and succeed. Coming from other work from home companies, this was honestly a surprise because it made me realize, “this is how a company is supposed to feel.” Every job has stress at times, but what I appreciate is that NCD understands that supporting employees matters too. There’s a strong focus on encouraging one another, and I think that positive energy carries over into the way we speak with and care for our members. Another big plus is getting paid weekly and having a schedule that has made work-life balance easier to manage. Overall, I’m grateful for my experience and thankful to everyone at NCD who helps create the environment they do.

Cons

To be honest no cons really, in these jobs you will have the angry member once in a while but the next member will be amazing and share great stories. No cons it’s a business of people.
