If I can give them zero starts I would. Extremely unprofessional, consistently lie about everything. When they hire you on they lie about how much money you will make, but then they lay people off if they haven’t made a deal. Their turnover rate is the highest I’ve ever seen. In the 5 months I’ve been here they lost 8 people. They hire people as independent contractors but expect them to work as employees with supplying them with any benefits. Their training system is terrible, unorganized and there is not set guidelines. They just throw information at you expecting you to follow it to a T but yell at you if you make small mistakes due to the terrible training. The management is constantly gossiping and spreading rumors. If I knew all this before I started here I would never have taken the offer.
