Relaxed work environment. Managers won't care much about how you do your job as long as you do it.
Cons
Very low pay compared to industry average. Managers are not keen on confronting tenured employees for bad behavior. They'll ignore those underperforming employees as long as the team's goals are met by other team members. This ends up one person having so many tasks than the other person on the same job level.
