Pros
Company environment is good. Flexible timing, in time is anything from 10 - 11 AM, out time is mostly delayed.
All Projects are delayed and management will pressurize to stay for long hours (irrespective of gender) and come on weekend, may be from home.
Cons
2 months delayed in salary. Join if you have good financial support from other source. Super Boss stays in USA, and there is none to ask the salary. Boss does not even notify on the delay, or the next date.
Local bosses from this office, will pressurize on work, but they will turn off their face if asked for the next date of salary. So be Careful !!!
