Uncaring management, everything was on a shoestring unless you were SMT. Used Covid as an excuse to shed senior staff and kept those with much less experience. Wouldn't support those of us with illness in the family. Expected female staff to travel across the UK late at night and not use taxis. I could go on, lost its way which is heartbreaking. Only money matters to them now. Absolutely no career progression.
