Talk about an incompetent management team - Anonymous employee ND Graphics Employee Review

Terrible managerial set up, just force the work on the laborers and expect then to figure it out, and then blame personeel for any mistakes. Poor concept from warehouse to sales team, no communication, or organizational flow of logistics. Incompetent management team, even worse labour temp workers ..under paid where there needs to be more, over payed where here needs to be less. Don't even get me started on operations, very nice lady, does not know how to do the job foretold. Oversell their profuct, if their customers only knew the arm and leg they are charging hem for stuff they are reselling
