      Pros

      People are treated like the professionals they are and it shows around the office. Company is dedicated to providing training. Company has numerous internal and external gatherings. Generous benefits and flex time allowances.

      Pros

      Small enough company that your voice is heard. You will want to drive the company to success because it feels like it is your company. You are on the ground floor of true growth of a company.

      Communication is an evolving process at NDP, It is getting better but still is evolving
